These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements and deliveries of Strucks. This is dummy content to illustrate the text page.
1. Definitions

2. Quotations and offers

- Prices are exclusive of VAT and transport costs.
- Images and specifications are indicative.
- Obvious errors are not binding on the seller.
3. Delivery

4. Payment
Payment must be made within fourteen days of the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Excepteur sint occaecat cupidatat non proident, sunt in culpa qui officia deserunt mollit anim id est laborum.
5. Warranty and liability
The seller is only liable for direct damages, up to a maximum of the invoice amount. Sed ut perspiciatis unde omnis iste natus error sit voluptatem accusantium doloremque laudantium.
6. Applicable law
All agreements are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the seller's district.
