Which data we process
We process the data that you give us yourself, for example via a form on this website, by e-mail or by telephone:
- your name and, if you provide it, your company name;
- your e-mail address and telephone number;
- the content of your message or enquiry, and the vehicle your question relates to;
- your e-mail address and preferences if you sign up for our mailing list.
In addition, we process technical data about your visit, such as your IP address, the type of browser and the pages you view.
What we use your data for
- to answer your question or enquiry and to prepare a quotation;
- to complete a purchase or sale and to comply with our statutory record-keeping obligations;
- to send you our mailing, if you have signed up for it;
- to keep the website secure and to improve it.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We do engage service providers who process data on our behalf:
- a hosting provider for the website and the database (DigitalOcean, servers in the United Kingdom);
- a service for sending e-mail (Resend);
- Google reCAPTCHA, to protect forms against abuse;
- Google Tag Manager and Google Ads, to measure the use of the website and of advertisements;
- Leadinfo, to see which companies visit the website;
- Cookiebot, to ask for and store your cookie preferences.
Where required by law, we pass data on to the competent authorities.
How long we keep data
We do not keep your data for longer than is necessary for the purpose for which we received it, or for as long as the law requires us to.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data. You may also object to the use of your data and withdraw any consent you have given. Send your request to info@strucks.eu. You can unsubscribe from the mailing via the link at the bottom of every mailing.
Do you disagree with how we handle your data? Then you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
